    How long is my item under warranty?

    Quality issues are the responsibility of Jérôme Dreyfuss, within the limit of 2 years following the date of purchase upon presentation of the proof of purchase. This does not include daily wear: darkening, snags, marks, stains, scratches, normal wear, etc.

    Your product will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • If it has already been repaired by a department that is not part of our network of stores
    • If the leather or the spare parts are no longer available

    My item has a defect and is still under warranty, what should I do?

    If your product was purchased in one of our Jérôme Dreyfuss stores or our e-shop, please contact info@jerome-dreyfuss.com to find the best solution to your problem. Please attach the following to your email:

    • The proof and the date of purchase / order number
    • Photographs of the entire item
    • A photograph of the problem
    • A description of the problem

    If the purchase was not made in our network of stores, please contact the customer service department of the place of purchase. They will see to your request and may apply their after-sales service procedure. .

    Can I repair an item at one of your workshops?

    Quality issues are the responsibility of Jérôme Dreyfuss, within the limit of 2 years following the date of purchase upon presentation of the proof of purchase. This does not include daily wear: darkening, snags, marks, stains, scratches, normal wear, etc.

    Your product will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • If the leather or the spare parts are no longer avail
    How long does a repair take?

    The repair time is 10 weeks as of receipt of the product by the Jérôme Dreyfuss teams. This time limit varies depending on the availability of the spare parts, some types of leather or the workload of our manufacturing workshops. This time may also be affected by an exceptional situation (e.g.: Covid-19).

    My lamp is no longer working, what should I do?

    Your lamp might not be activated. You need to unscrew the lamp and remove the small protection tab serving to activate the lamp. 

    If your lamp is worn out or the batteries no longer work after use, you can purchase our batteries at any supermarket. The reference for the batteries is RL41.

    Since the fall winter 2023 collection, we do not add lamp in our bags anymore. It is a minor action for sure but La Maison made this choice for helping to protect the environment.

    Do you offer a cleaning service?

    Jérôme Dreyfuss does not offer a cleaning or alteration service. It is not possible to change the style or the characteristics of our products.
