    What are your return conditions ?

    Orders placed between Nov 27 and Dec 20 can be returned until Jan 7. 

    If your order does not meet your expectations, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items have not been worn.

    They must be returned with tags, warranty cards, and all accessories such as the cotton pouch.

    Return shipping costs, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer, whether for a return or an exchange. Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse future orders on the site in the case of excessive returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions.

    How can I make a return?

    You have the option to return any product ordered on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date, provided you follow the procedure outlined below and return the item in its complete, original condition and packaging.

    We strongly recommend that you systematically register your return via the [Make a Return] section at the bottom of our website.

    If you reside in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, or Portugal, you will be invited to download a prepaid shipping label. A return fee of €5 for returns from France, and €7 for returns from other countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Portugal) will be deducted from the refund of the returned item(s). For other European Union countries, a €20 return fee will be deducted from the refund.

    If you reside in another country, you are required to return the item via a carrier of your choice (with delivery requiring a signature) to the following address:

    The mention "Cellule 8.2" must appear in the delivery address to ensure the proper receipt of the return package by our dedicated logistics team. If an incomplete address is provided, Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse the refund for the item.

    Please include a copy of the return form in your return package, which will be available once your return request is completed.

    If you reside in a country outside the European Union, the return shipping costs, as well as any customs clearance fees, are your responsibility. Transportation costs incurred for returning products will only be refunded if the return is due to non-compliance of the delivered products (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

    Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss cannot be held responsible for loss, incorrect delivery address, or delays in the delivery of a product you wish to return to jerome-dreyfuss.com, as the risks associated with the shipping method you choose are borne solely by you.

    Upon receipt of the return, a quality control check will be performed before the refund is processed. Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to determine whether the products are in their original condition when returned to jerome-dreyfuss.com.

    Due to technical limitations, Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss does not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you to return it within 14 days for a refund and place a new order on our online store.

    Can I make a return in-store?

    Any Jérôme Dreyfuss product purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website can be exchanged or returned in certain Jérôme Dreyfuss stores within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

    • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • Returned or exchanged products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return.

    Jérôme Dreyfuss stores do not offer refunds for products purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website. Under no circumstances can your credit card be refunded directly at the store. In the case of a return, the returned product will be refunded later by the online store. The store’s sales team will coordinate with the online store team.

    If you wish to exchange your item during your visit to the store, our sales team will invite you to make a new purchase at the store. The exchanged product will be refunded later directly by the online store.

    How can I make an exchange?

    For an exchange, we issue a refund for the returned item. Return shipping costs, including transportation and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

    As soon as we receive the item, the refund will be processed. You can then place a new order for the product of your choice at any time.

    When can I expect my refund?

    You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

    Please allow approximately 10 business days for our team to process your return package.

    The refund for an order paid with an e-gift card, a gift card, or a store credit will be automatically issued as store credit.

    My item is defective, what is the procedure?

    A quality check is conducted by our team on all our products before they are shipped. If, however, your item has a defect, we invite you to contact us at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com as soon as you receive it, providing your order reference and attaching photos so that we can find the best solution to your issue.

    Can my return be refused?

    Each product is examined upon receipt. Your return request may be denied in two cases:

    • If the return period has expired.
    • If your item does not meet the return conditions: Items must not have been worn and must be returned with tags and all accessories, such as the cotton pouch.
