    How do I know if my order is confirmed ?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number and a summary of the items in your shopping basket. You can also consult this summary in your customer account by clicking on “My orders”.

    If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If this is not the case, you can contact us at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com: we will verify whether your order has been processed and provide you with any additional information

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once your order has been validated, you can no longer add, change or delete items or replace the model.

    Please return your order to us upon receipt.

    When will my order be shipped?

    We provide in this section the possible shipping times and methods for the purchased products and the selected delivery country.

    Please note that delivery times are indicative and calculated excluding the order preparation time. Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation.

    This preparation time may be slightly extended during promotional periods or in August. The delivery of your package may be delayed due to administrative issues related to customs clearance.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier information.

    How can I receive the invoice of my online order?

    To minimize the ecological impact of your shipment, we do not include a paper invoice inside the package; however, your invoice is downloadable from your customer account for orders placed from XXX onwards.
