    How can I reactivate my customer account from before October 21, 2024?

    Access to your customer account is required to take advantage of certain offers. Therefore, if your account was created before October 21, 2024, we encourage you to reactivate it. Reactivation is simple and quick: just follow the instructions in the email sent on October 22, 2024, by Jérôme Dreyfuss titled "activation of your customer account." Feel free to check your spam folder if necessary.

    For reasons of personal data protection and due to changes in our customer area, please note that accounts created more than three years ago, or associated with older orders, must be recreated.

    How do I create my Jérôme Dreyfuss account ?

    You can create your Jérôme Dreyfuss customer account by clicking on the “My account” space at the top right-hand corner of our website. Then click on “Create an account” and fill in the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Lastly, click on “Sign up”.

    You will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided when you created your account.

    What are the benefits of creating an account ?

    Creating an account on Jérôme Dreyfuss allows you to be quickly identified by the Maison during your purchases on the online store.

    Your account will also enable you to:

    • Track the delivery of your orders

    • Benefit from exclusive offers and discounts for our customers

    For your security, the Maison does not store your credit card information and will never share your personal information with any third party.

    I am unable to access my account

    If you are unable to access your account, you can reset your password by clicking on "I forgot my password" and entering your email address to receive a reset email.

    How can I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

    If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions provided at the bottom of each email. You can also inform us of your request to unsubscribe by writing to eshop@jerome-dreyfuss.

    Can I change my password?

    On the login page of your customer account, you can reset your password by clicking on "forgot password"

    Can I delete my customer account?

    If you would like to delete your customer account, please contact us at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com. Bear in mind however that as a result, your order history will be deleted.

    Can I place an order without creating a customer account?

    You can place an order as a guest without creating a customer account. If you create a customer account later, your previous orders will be linked through your email address.
